WHAT IS PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order is an order placed on the item that has not been yet released.
WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN?
Made-to-order means that FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ sews each piece when it’s ordered.
All of my items are made-to-order in sizes S, M and L. You will find the exact measurements of each size in the FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ Size Guide on the bottom of the website.
If the measurements of a made-to-order size as indicated in the FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ Size Guide do not fit your body shape, you can contact me by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and share your wishes with me.
I will promptly check with my tailors if we can make your wishes come true, and if so, I will send you an email with the purchase price of your customized item, as well as the approximate tailoring turnaround time. Upon receiving your written confirmation that you wish to proceed with the order of a customized item, I will send you the payment details. Your order will be processed and accepted within the best delay upon receipt of the relevant payment.
WHY ARE YOU MADE-TO-ORDER?
I have chosen a made-to-order business model for FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ for few reasons:
- It helps to minimize waste associated with excess inventory,
- It allows to keep the costs low and saves on space and energy, as I don’t have to keep inventory on hand in a storeroom or warehouse. This is important because FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ is a young business financed with internal resources.
- It gives FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ more flexibility to make garments that are customized to your specification.
- It allows FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ to work more efficiently because the tailors start making the garment only when the order is placed, which means they don’t waste their priceless time and energy for producing item that may not be sold.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
I know sizing can be tricky, so to make it easier refer to FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ Size Guide, where you will find detailed product measurements. You can find the guide on the bottom of the website.

HOW CAN I RETURN THE GARMENT I RECEIVED?
I want you to love FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ pieces as much as I am. If this isn’t a case, you can return the garment at the latest thirty (30) days after you’ve received your order without having to provide any reasons. Once this period has expired, I will not be able to accept the return and to offer you a refund anymore, unless the product is damaged or defective according to these T&C and applicable law.
To return a purchase, please send an email to the Customer Happiness ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and the relevant return instructions. Please make sure you use the pre-paid return shipping label for returning the parcel.
I’ll inspect each returned item to ensure that it has not been used, washed or altered, is in the same condition as you received it and complete with the original packaging and tags. If all the above-mentioned conditions are met, we will be happy to refund you the value of the returned item(s) (not including custom fees, if you paid any), to your credit card or other method of payment used for the transaction. Each reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and in any case within 30 days.
HOW CAN EXCHANGE THE GARMENT I'VE RECEIVED?
If you wish to exchange your item for an identical product in a different size or color, or for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately (subject to product availability).
I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT.
I take all reasonable care to make sure that my products arrive to you in the best conditions. Unfortunately, problems may occur during transportation, or an item may present production defects that went unnoticed before shipping. For the avoidance of doubt, an item shall be considered defective if not as described on the Website, not fit for usual purpose, or not of satisfactory quality and performance.
If your order arrived damaged or is defective, please send an email to the Customer Happiness (email@example.com) with the following information:
- Order and item reference, if available
- Description + full color pictures of any damages/defects (please make sure that pictures are as detailed and clear as possible to show any damaged part or defect)
- Your contact details
- Whether you wish to be refunded of the value of the item and the original shipping costs or, if possible, to have the item replaced or repaired.
After processing your demand in the best delays, I will send you a pre-paid return shipping label and the relevant return instructions for the damaged or defective item. In case of refund, the refunded amount will be credited to your credit card or other method of payment used for the transaction without undue delay.
In the event of a replacement/reparation, I will email you the tracking number of your replaced/repaired item as soon as available.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
JOANNA BLEIN & FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ is currently unable to accept and ship any orders due to COVID-19 protocols in Switzerland.

In general, I will ship your package as soon as your garment is ready, usually within 4-5 weeks, sometimes earlier.
Please note that, as a general rule, our logistics service providers require a signature for any parcel delivered at the delivery address that you provided when you placed your order, at which point the responsibility for your purchased items passes to you.
Upon receipt from us of the tracking number of your parcel, you will be able to track your order through the tracking systems of the logistics service provider in charge of your order. Please note that JOANNA BLEIN & FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been received. I will inform you when a tailor start making your garment, and when it is completed. Last but not least, I will send you a shipment notification email with tracking information as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please send the email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of purchase. I will do all my best to make any changes or cancel before the tailor start making your garment.

HOW ARE FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ CLOTHES DIFFERENT THAN OTHER BRAND CLOTHES?
The JOANNA BLEIN & FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ clothing is created in collaboration with Skin Warriors to fulfil specific needs of people with sensitive skin and/or skin conditions; the needs that have been ignored and neglected for so long.
All clothes are created and tested by Skin Warriors and me to be sure you get the best and the most skin-friendly product possible.
The FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ clothes are constructed in such a way that the seems and labels don’t damage further the skin.
I use exclusively the finest, smoothest, and softest natural fabrics free from pollutants or chemicals so that our clothes are safe even for uber-sensitive skin.
In order to decrease the risk of potenTial allergies and our impact on environment, we use uniquely certified and safe textile dyes.
I’ve been suffering from severe atopic dermatitis for 4 decades and I know how debilitating the skin conditions can be. I pay attention that our clothes have:
- Superior breathability and water absorption to keep your skin dry and happy,
- Anti-bacterial properties to significantly reduce the risk of infection and bacterial growth,
- Anti-irritation properties to effectively minimize itching and chaffing,

Our clothes are made of safe, super-smooth, high-quality natural bespoke fabrics, dyed with non-toxic dyes, and hand-sewn by local tailors in such a way that lessens the risk of further damage of skin and offers the highest comfort.
Every new piece of clothing is designed by me based on the needs and feedback of people with sensitive skin and those, who suffer from skin conditions.

Natural skin-animals-and-planet-friendly high-end fabrics are more expensive, yet they last longer and are the healthiest option for uber-sensitive and compromised skin.
Non-toxic and natural dyes are more expensive yet are safer for your skin and our planet.
Hand-making clothes locally (rather than mass producing them overseas) is also more expensive yet they are better finished and of higher quality + we can customized them according to your wishes.

WHO DO THE FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ CLOTHES ARE FOR?
The FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ clothes were inspired by and created for people who have sensitive skin and/or suffer from skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis, TSW (Topical Steroids Withdrawal), or textile dermatitis.
However, you don’t need to suffer from skin condition to wear FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ clothes.
If you care what touches your skin and pay attention what your clothes are made from or you simply love super-soft comfortably stylish clothes like FEEL GOOD COUTURE™, then go for it!
WHO AREN’T THE FEEL GOOD COUTURE CLOTHES™ FOR?
These clothes are not for you if:
- the quantity is more important for you than quality,
- you don’t care what your clothes are made from,
- you look for tight fit clothes,
- you feel like they are not worth it.

WILL THE FEEL GOOD COUTURE CLOTHES™ CURE ME FROM MY SKIN CONDITION?
The FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ clothing is made of the finest natural ultra-soft fabrics that are friendly for uber-sensitive and compromised skin. All products during the development process are tested personally by me or other Skin Warriors therefore the risk of further skin damage is as minimized as possible.
However for the avoidance of doubt, the items presented for sale on the FEEL GOOD COUTURE™ website are not certified as medical devices, nor intended for any clinical or diagnostic use, and at no time shall any item replace any diagnosis, recommendation, advice, treatment or decision by an appropriately trained and licensed physician.
